Scotch has many different flavors
Depending on what kind of barrel it was aged in
Some are fruity or flowery
Some are peaty or peppery, and some are both
But you still have to let it sit on your tongue for a while
To value the different flavors
If you down it too quickly you can miss
The fleeting smoky taste of pine or maple
